As mentioned above, sponsors do have the option to have a current customer join them as a presenter in a case study session. This is not a requirement but is allowed. If a sponsor chooses to bring in a customer specifically to join them as a presenter in a case study (and they are not an event hosted attendee) the sponsor is responsible for any travel, hotel, transfer costs, and a $450 one-time fee to cover all organized meals and receptions. This means that the customer is not a hosted NonProfit POWER attendee and will not be joining other NonProfit POWER Summit sponsor case studies or conducting 1:1 pre-scheduled meetings.
In this case the event management will register them as a “guest” so that they can participate in that sponsors’ case study session and join all of the general sessions, breakouts and meals. If you have any questions regarding this or would like to discuss further, please contact [insert here].
