Approximately three weeks prior to the event, we will share access to NonProfit POWER’s joint scheduling system. This system allows sponsors to request and receive meeting invites from attendees. NonProfit POWER staff will assist throughout this process and ensure responses are received.

Inevitably you will have some attendees who decline your meeting invitation. This is often due to a scheduling conflict in the system. Our team will work to understand the decline and if there is a scheduling issue, work to fix it. At this point the event staff will receive a notification of that decline and will reach out to that individual.

Although rare, there is the potential that an attendee may miss a pre-scheduled 1:1 meeting. Event staff is stationed throughout the 1:1 Meeting Zone, as well as outside, to track down any missing parties and remind them of their schedule. After a courtesy phone we are usually able to track down the missing party, but if your meeting is significantly late or simply does not show, the event staff will work to reschedule a time that works for both the sponsor and attendee.

Should an attendee not show up to their scheduled 1:1 meeting, and we are unable to schedule a new meeting time, we will set up a conference call post-event between the sponsor and attendee.
