The 1:1 Meeting Zone opens for setup on Monday, December 1 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and Tuesday, December 2 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Setup must be completed by 2:00 pm on Tuesday. The 1:1 Meeting Zone opens for meetings at 2:45 pm on Tuesday, December 2.  A member of each sponsoring company must be present in the 1:1 Meeting Zone during the scheduled Meeting Zone times which will be communicated prior to the event.

Tear down of materials can begin at 12:10 pm on Wednesday, December 3rd (teardown is not permitted until the 1:1 Meeting Zone closes). Teardown must be completed by 3:00 pm on Wednesday. A fee will be charged for any items left behind. Shipping and storage of equipment will be handled by the business center at the hotel.
