Meeting Zone Hours

Wednesday, December 3 | 9:30 am – 12:10 pm

The Meeting Zone is located in Holiday 6.

The table location in the 1:1 Meeting Zone will be provided to you prior to the event. Locations are non-transferable. The Fire Marshall will have final decision on the floor layout.  Keep in mind that all meetings are pre-scheduled, unlike an exhibition, so table location should not be a concern.  Attendees will be distributed a detailed map to locate all participating sponsors and event staff will be stationed throughout the 1:1 Meeting Zone directing attendees at all times.

Layout specifications of the 1:1 Meeting Zone location will include:

PLEASE NOTE:  If your sponsorship package includes more than one table, each table will include what is listed below.

• (1) 6′ draped table
• (1) table top sign per table with logo
• 6′ slim back draped table placed behind meeting table for collateral (NOTE:  if room and layout permits.  This is not guaranteed)
• (4) side chairs (2 in front and 2 behind)
• Electric Connection (may be shared)
• Wi-Fi is complimentary (information to access will be provided on-site)
