Each boardroom is set-up in a “U” shape configuration that encourages interaction and dialogue amongst our hosted guests and the presenting sponsor.

Each boardroom is equipped with a projector and screen so you can connect your laptop. If you have special adapters for your laptop or device, please bring them. AV will do their best to accommodate you but if you normally need special connectors, it makes sense to bring them. A microphone is not needed due to the size of the room and format
