Boardroom Tips & Descriptions

It is recommended that the sponsor initially present slides (10-15 minutes) and leave time for group interaction and questions at the end. Creating an intimate setting within each boardroom allows individuals to speak openly with their peers and allows the presenting vendor to understand the specific needs of those individuals. According to our post event feedback, sponsors who engaged the group and encouraged two-way conversation with group interaction are a lot more successful than those who present for the entire 25 minutes.

A staff member referred to as a “boardroom leader” will be assigned a specific boardroom and is there to assist you in any way possible. They are responsible for starting and ending each case study. Any questions that are not answered can be handled with specific attendees during the numerous networking opportunities.

This is a closed-door presentation and your time to present to attendees. There are no other sponsors or competitors present in the room unless you decide to include a partner or allow another sponsor to sit in and listen. Again, each boardroom is equipped with a projector and screen. In addition, the following are also available through the Hotel for an additional charge: flip chart with pad, markers, and easel, and additional audio-visual equipment.
