Meeting Zone Rules and Regulations

MEETING ZONE RULES AND REGULATIONS

In an effort to keep a consistent look and feel to the Meeting Zone, we’ve established a few rules and regulations for the space. These rules are designed to help cultivate successful meetings with attendees and should be followed while planning for the Meeting Zone.

Companies can supply their own tablecloth, with or without a logo.

No booths or booth backs are allowed.  This is strictly enforced.  This is not an exhibition or demo area.

Companies can supply their own roll-up or retractable banner display. One banner per meeting table is allowed. Standard banner size is recommended. Banners cannot exceed display size of 2.8′ x 6.9′ (banner size: 2.6′ x 6.6′).

Promotional material may only be displayed within the designated space. No promotional materials may be distributed within sponsor locations, unless during open hours of the Meeting Zone.

It’s mandatory that tables in the Meeting Zone be staffed during open hours including 30 minutes before opening and after closing.

NonProfit POWER is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items. Please be prepared to bring any laptops, hand-held computers, or items of value to a representative’s guestroom. Any items removed from the Meeting Zone are subject to a labor and storage fee.

Participating sponsors are solely responsible for their own demonstration materials, products and other property, and should insure products from loss or damage from any cause whatsoever. All property of participating sponsors in transit to, from or within the confines of the demonstration area is in the care, custody and control of the sponsors themselves. Management or its suppliers or service providers shall bear no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or abandoned materials. All property remaining in the event facility after the conclusion of the event shall be subject to storage or disposal at the sponsor’s expense, at the sole option of management.
